CLI College of Business, Health, and Technology Admission Requirements

All applicants to CLI College of Business, Health and Technology will take the mandatory entrance examination before they are offered admission. Applicants must also meet the following requirements:

  • They must be 18 years of age or older
  • They must fill and submit the International Student Application Form
  • Upload a copy of their passport
  • Meet English Language proficiency requirements
  • Pay the non-refundable application fee of $500 if applying to any of the Toronto Campuses and a non-refundable application fee of $130 if applying to the Alberta campus.

If you have completed a post-secondary program before applying to CLI College, you are required to submit the transcripts. If your transcripts or any other document is not available in English, you must provide translation from a credible source. In such a case, the documents must be assessed by the World Education Services (WES) or the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).

Admission at CLI College of Business, Health, and Technology, Canada

When you meet all admission requirements at CLI and you beat the competition, you will receive a Conditional Letter of Acceptance. This letter will prompt you to deposit 10% of the tuition fee for your program to the CLI College of Business Health and Technology Trust Account. It is only when you have paid this deposit that you will receive the Formal Letter of Acceptance from CLI College by email. You may also obtain the acceptance letter physically by courier to the address you indicated. Your payment will be acknowledged by an email that will include a statement of account indicating the amount you are meant to balance up.

After this, you will sign the Program Enrollment Contract sent to you and any other additional document you are to fill. With your Acceptance Letter, you can proceed to obtain a Canadian Study Permit from the embassy in your country. You can also apply online for your Study Permit and Student Visa through IRCC Canada.

If you are from China, India, the Philippines, Senegal, Pakistan, Vietnam, or Morocco, you can obtain your Study Permit through the Student Direct Stream. This is usually faster than the conventional process with the Canadian embassy.

It is essential that you email your Admissions advisor on your permit application process. If you are denied a study permit, you may be able to receive a new Letter of Acceptance that provides you with a later resumption date and more time to reapply for a permit. This can only be possible however when you inform your admissions advisor of the outcome of your application.

Upon obtaining a conditional offer of acceptance, you are to pay 10% of your tuition fee to the college. If you do not do this, your application will not be validated.

You may have one reason or the other to request a refund from CLI College. If this request is accepted, you will obtain your refund in about 10 business days to six weeks from when you made the request. Not all payments are refundable though. You may not get back your application fee for example if you were not offered admission by the institution.
