Note: When applying for a visa, you must have a return ticket out of Armenia. You cannot enter Armenia on a tourist visa.

Applying for an Armenia eVisa

An eVisa allows you to enter Armenia without obtaining a visa from a local embassy or consulate. An eVisa is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

There are three types of eVisas available:

  •  Standard eVisa (valid 90 days)
  •  Multiple entry eVisa (valid 180 days)
  •  Transit eVisa (valid 72 hours)

To apply for an eVisa, you must first register online at their official website.

After registering, you will be asked to provide some basic personal information such as name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number, email address, phone number, the purpose of visit, length of stay, and whether you want to use the standard or multiple entry eVisa.

After lodging this information, you will receive an email confirmation containing a link to complete the application form.

Types of Armenia Visas

  • Resident Visa

A resident visa allows you to live and work in Armenia indefinitely. It can be obtained from any Embassy or Consulate. There is no limit to the time you can remain in Armenia under this visa.
