The total fee includes sales taxes, $84.75 for applications to ICT Kikkawa College, and $86.25 for applications to ICT Northumberland College.
The application must include the following:
- Official copy of a high school transcript (or equivalent) forwarded directly from the institution attended to the college to which you are applying to.
- Official copy of any post-secondary transcripts forwarded directly from the institution(s) attended
In reference to the ICT Schools’ Harassment and Discrimination Policy (1996), the Ontario Human Rights Code, and the Nova Scotia Human Rights Act Admissions Department reviews all applications regardless of age, disability, race, religion, ancestry, place of origin, color, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or family status of the candidate.
Minimum Admission Requirements at Kikkawa College
Applicants must have a high school diploma/certificate or its equivalent. A candidate who does not fulfill these minimum admission requirements may apply as a mature student as of the official day of class, this applies only if the applicant is 18 years of age or older (if applying to Kikkawa College) or 19 years of age or older (if applying to Northumberland College).
A copy of proof of age must be submitted with the application. Applicants applying as mature students will need to pass the Canadian Adult Achievement Test.
Applicants may also be required to pass a Pre-admission Course as described below.
Requirements for Canadian Students
Kikkawa College admission requirements in Toronto Canada are necessary for all applicants who want to study at the college. Canadian students who apply for admission into Kikkawa College must possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12) or its equivalent.
Applicants to Northumberland College must have obtained a Nova Scotia Department of Education High School Leaving Certificate (Grade 12) or its equivalent.
A Canadian candidate who is not able to fulfill these minimum admission requirements must be at least 19 years of age or older before the first day of classes. Such candidates can apply as mature students to get admission into Kikkiwa College.
A student who has fulfilled all these requirements must provide a copy of proof of age which must be included in an application while it is being submitted. Candidates who apply as mature students will be required to pass the Canadian Adult Achievement Test.
Procedure for Canadian Students
Canadian students who meet the Kikkiwa College admission requirements in Ontario Canada must follow the following procedure. Applications are accepted throughout the year, so students can apply at any point during the year.

The total fee, including sales tax, is $80.25 for applications to ICT Kikkawa College.
Pre-admission Course at Kikkiwa College
Applicants required to take a Pre-admission Course as part of the admission requirement must successfully complete ICT’s Pre-admission Course (or an equivalent course elsewhere) prior to the commencement of the program.

International students admission at Kikkawa College
To reach Kikkiwa College admission requirements in Ontario Canada, incoming international students must be able to have a high school diploma (or its equivalent), as well as a valid student Study Permit in order to study in Canada.
International students with the intention of studying in Canada must regularly visit Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s website (http://www.cic.gc.ca), where they will get up-to-date information and specific details on the current requirements for entering Canada on a Study Study Permit.
It is the student’s responsibility to stay apprised of any changes in these requirements.
The language of instruction is English, this means that students must be reasonably proficient in all areas of the English language, including speaking, reading, writing, and oral comprehension.
If you have met the Kikkiwa College admission requirements, you must follow the procedure below
- Request an application form from the Admissions Office. When you have completed the form and send it along with the required supporting documents with the application fee of CDN$84.75.
- The necessary supporting documents must include:
- One official copy of a high school transcript (or equivalent) or university/community college transcript
- A copy of your Student Study Permit
- A copy of two of the following original pieces of ID
- Birth certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
- Valid immigration card
- When you have been accepted into the program you will receive a letter of acceptance to the program. You will be required to submit this letter with your request to obtain a Study Permit from the Canadian government in order to study in Canada.
English language proficiency test
English is the language of instruction at ICT Schools. Students must be able to demonstrate proficiency in all areas of the English language, including speaking, reading, writing, and oral comprehension.

Applicants with special needs are encouraged by ICT Schools to consider a career in complementary health care.
However, ICT Schools have limited resources to provide support to students with physical, learning, and emotional disabilities. ICT Schools examines each situation on a case-by-case basis.
In order to be eligible, the applicant must submit a request in writing with the necessary supporting documents to the Registrar prior to the start of the new school year.
Applicants may request a transfer of educational credit from other institutions. Requests for transfer of credit must be directed to the College alongside the application to the program of your choice.
Applicants requesting a transfer of credit will need to submit an official transcript indicating completion of the course material.
They must also submit a syllabus that demonstrates that the course is substantially similar in length, scope, and learning objectives to ICT Schools’ massage therapy program.
If the request is accepted, the applicant may need to take a challenge examination on a pass-fail basis. The examination fee is $50.00, paid in advance.
If the applicant passes the challenge examination, the letters TC (Transfer of Credit) will appear on any transcript issued by the school.
Special Student Status
Students required to repeat courses must apply for admission as Special Students. This is subject to the approval and Evaluation and Promotion Committee.
Decisions made by this committee are final and are not subject to appeal.
