Requirements for MBA Admission in Canada
Many prospective Business School Students are searching for requirements for MBA admission in Canada. Although the criteria for accepting new students into the programs may vary, I will attempt to give an overview of documents, references, test scores, etc needed to be admitted into MBA programs in North America.
General Requirements for MBA Admission in Canada
Each school has their own admissions requirements, but the general requirements are:
If you are a foreign national, you will require a valid student visa issued by the Canadian government to study in Canada. More information regarding the applications process and requirements can be found on the Canadian governments’ website.
You will also need to have a firm grasp of the English language and a minimum of 12 years of formal education with the necessary transcripts to prove this. It is important to note that 12th-grade mathematics is a required subject for admission to this program. Most schools will want you to pass the almighty GRE or GMAT too.
If you are enrolling as a post-graduate student, it is necessary to have a relevant bachelors degree. The degree you have must be equivalent to a relevant Canadian degree in order for you to be admitted to the MBA program.
