The expression of interest has to meet the following minimum entry requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of relevant management experience or entrepreneurial.
  • Investment of at least $300,000 in Saskatoon or Regina, or $200,000 in any other Saskatchewan area.

Candidates enter a pool where they receive a score. The top-scoring individuals are invited to submit an application.

Meanwhile, Saskatchewan launched a new International Graduate Entrepreneur Stream last December, targeted at international students graduating from Saskatchewan post-secondary institutions.
