Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology is a multiple-campus public college located in the Greater Toronto Area, capital of the province of Ontario, southeastern Canada. Toronto has the most populous metropolitan area in Canada and, the most important city in Canada’s prosperous province,  is the country’s financial and commercial center. Seneca College offers full-time and part-time programs at the baccalaureate, diploma, certificate and graduate levels.

Since the existence of Seneca College in 1967, the institution has graduated thousands of students and they have been successful in their various carers such as Fashion designer, Police officers, Executives, Senators, pilot, Broadcasters and Entrepreneurs. The life of a college can be measured by its physical growth or by the success of its graduates.

The Seneca College first opened its doors in 1967, classes were offered at a number of sites including a former Woolworth store and a renovated factory. Seneca College is committed to meeting the ever-changing needs of its students. In 1968, ground was turned to create Seneca’s first location on Finch Avenue East at Highway 404. Over the years, the modest building grew in phases and is today named after our founding president William Newnham. In other words, Seneca created its Buttonville Campus to house its aviation program.

TESL 1 Fees

$1,700 – domestic students
$2,800 – international students
Additional costs: Two textbooks at approximately $50 each

TESL 2 Fees

$2,500 – domestic students
$3,500 – International students

Seneca College Library

Seneca college has one of the world best library equipped with books to assist students in their studies. The libraries are committed to ensure every reasonable effort to facilitate use of collections and services by all library users. The libraries provide online help through e-mail and the live reference chat service, “AskUS”

Seneca College Library Staff assists in finding and retrieving library materials from the shelves, with photocopying, renewing your library materials and so on. The libraries has a range of accessible library collections that are available for loans which includes:

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

All building evacuations will occur when an alarm sounds and/or upon notification by Security, an Emergency Response Team member, an emergency response personnel, a campus safety designate and/or a fire warden. Refuge Sites, identified by a red sign that says refuge site, have been established for those requiring assistance in the event of a building evacuation.

Seneca college also offers scholarships, awards and bursaries to outstanding international students. The scholarships are offered regardless of age, colour, race or religion.
